By creating an account or using FlickPickd, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlickPickd. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions with a higher age of digital consent must meet that requirement instead.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.

You agree not to use FlickPickd to harass, abuse, or harm other users. You agree not to attempt to manipulate scoring data, exploit bugs for competitive advantage, or interfere with the operation of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

FlickPickd is a game of skill and entertainment. Scoring is based on third-party data from TMDB and OMDb, which we do not control. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in box office figures or Rotten Tomatoes scores, or for delays in data updates.

League commissioners are responsible for managing their leagues fairly. FlickPickd is not liable for disputes between league members.

Pro league features may require payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, design, and code of FlickPickd is owned by FlickPickd LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Film data displayed in the app is sourced from TMDB and OMDb under their respective terms.

FlickPickd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed scoring updates, or any damages arising from use of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlickPickd LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of FlickPickd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Film data including titles, release dates, popularity scores, and poster images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Box office and critic score data is additionally sourced from OMDb.
